Treated water is charged over a predetermined pressure in the pressure tank-type electrolytic bath and gas produced from the electrolysis process is reabsorbed and dissolved in the treated water, thereby maintaining pH of the treated water and concentration of electrolyte materials.

    • PURPOSE: A method for extracting inclusion using neutral electroleaching is provided to improve accuracy of analysis about extracted non-metallic inclusion by extracting the inclusion from steel without sludge. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting inclusion using neutral electroleaching comprises a power supply unit(21), a sensor unit, and a controller(25). A power supply unit applies voltage and current to the sample dipped in neutral electrolyzing solution in order to melt the sample. The sensor unit senses the increasing weight of the neutral electrolyzing solution due to melting sample. The controller compares the weight of neutral electrolyzing solution to a standard value, and controls the operation of the power supply unit based on the comparison result. The controller stops the operation of the power supply unit, if the sensed weight of neutral electrolyzing solution is bigger than the standard value. The controller maintains the operation of the power supply unit, if the sensed weight of neutral electrolyzing solution is smaller than the standard value.
