摘要： PURPOSE: A method for sorting stem cells from adipocyte using a device for sorting stem cells is provided to block possibility of contact of adipose suction material to the outside and obtain adipose-derived stem cell. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sorting stem cells comprises: one or more through hole formed in a piston(130) corresponding to the inside diameter of a container(110); and a connection tube(150) for adding enzyme or washing solution through the through hole. The connection tube has terminal connected to other container having enzyme or washing solution and is additionally connected to a tube(170) to connect another container. A method for sorting stem cell comprises: a step of pulling the piston to form pressure inside the container; a step of injecting enzyme or washing solution into the container; a step of separating active ingredient; and a step of releasing fluid of the piston through the through hole and connection tube.
