    • Provided is a water-soluble film type soap composition, which is stable under a humid condition and has a fast dissolution property by using polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolymer. The water-soluble film type soap composition contains 0.1-70wt% of a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene(EO-PO) copolymer and 1-70wt% of a surfactant based on the total weight of the composition. The polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolymer contains (EO)m(PO)n(EO)m type copolymer or (PO)m(EO)n(PO)m type copolymer or an amine component, wherein n and m are 10 or greater. The surfactant comprises an anionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, and a non-ionic surfactant including soap.

    • Provided is a method for manufacturing a water soap using natural materials, wherein the water soap is harmless to the human body, has high biodegradability, is soluble in cold water, and exhibits excellent cleansing and whitening effects. The method for manufacturing a water soap using natural materials comprises the steps of: heating and mixing 40-60wt% of alpha-olefin sulfonate and 40-60wt% of EDT as active detergents in a tank at 70-90°C for 2hours to form an active detergent solution; mixing 5-10wt% of hypochlorous acid and 5-10wt% of urea with 85-90wt% of the active detergent solution fed from the tank in a mixer equipped with a mixing blade, followed by cooling the mixture at ambient temperature for 12-24hours to form a detergent solution; mixing 95-98wt% of the detergent solution with 1-3wt% of sodium powder and 1-3wt% of ox bezoar in a mixer; mixing 97-98wt% of the resultant mixture with 1.4-1.7wt% of paraffin powder, 0.3-0.7wt% of salt, and 0.3-0.7wt% of a perfume additive in the mixer; and adding 20-30wt% of sodium hydroxide to 70-80wt% of the resultant mixture several times and heating the admixture to be mixed for 2-4hours at the same time, followed by cooling the obtained soap solution to produce water soaps.
