    • 본발명은발포양초재료조성물을이용한양초제품및 크레용제품제조방법에관한것으로, (a) 내부에다수의관통공이형성된공기주입관이구비된반응조에파라핀및 스테아린산중 적어도하나의분쇄물을투입하고상기반응조의온도를일정온도로유지시켜용해시키는단계; (b) 용해된혼합물을제1 분당회전수(RPM)로 30분간교반하는단계; (c) 상기공기주입관으로공기를주입시키면서, 30분간제1 분당회전수보다제2 분당회전수로올리면서교반시키고발포양초재료조성물을형성하는단계; 및 (d) 상기양초재료조성물을제품형틀에투입하여냉각수로냉각시키는단계를포함한다. 이와같이본 발명은발포파라핀또는발포스테아린산을제조한다음발포양초나발포크레용또는발포양초등을제조하여기존양초보다 40~50% 가볍고경제성이우수하고자원을절감시킬수 있는제품을제조할수 있을뿐만아니라, 제품단가를낮출수 있는양초재료제품제조방법또는기술을제공한다.

    • The present invention relates to an eco-friendly candle with plant properties using 99% palm crude oil and a method for manufacturing the same. Such present invention provides the eco-friendly smokeless candle by using 99% palm crude oil and not generating harmful gas. Also the candle manufactured with 99% palm crude oil has soft and relaxing fragrance. Paraffin petroleum based candles which are currently used in general cause vertigo due to inconvenient smell indoor after using for long time, but the smokeless candle manufactured with 99% palm crude oil has no such phenomenon. In addition, the smokeless candle manufactured with 99% palm crude oil is easy to clean by having candle drippings which are hardly stick to the floor, and is economical by having lower production cost of palm crude oil than the production cost of paraffin.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an eco-friendly using an edible solid resin comprises the following steps: putting an edible solid resin in a tank, heating the resin at 120-150 °C, and stabilizing the molten resin at 75-85 °C; adding 3-7 weight% of natural scent, 0.1-5 weight% of natural pigment, and 0.2-5 weight% of an additive to 83-96.7% of the molten edible solid resin and uniformly mixing the additive mixture; and obtaining particles of a granule shape by spraying the mixture through a nozzle and cooling the sprayed mixture.

    • 본 고안은 불을 밝히는 양초 및 재래 초의 심지에 관한 것으로 현재는 굵은 실을 사용하였으나 사용 중에 심지가 끊어져 임시 심지를 끼워 심지가 나올 때까지 대용시키므로 많은 어려움과 화제의 위험 속에 있었어도 영세한 시대와 현재의 전기 사용에 따라 잊어져 별 관심을 갖지 못하여 방치되어 왔다.
      이러한 속에서 종교용에 의존하여 굵은 초를 제작하던 중에 심지의 굵기에 한계가 있다는 문제점을 해결하고자 단순한 굵은 실로 할 것이 아니라 짜깁기 식으로 제작되는 심지를 고안하여 이를 실용화하고자 출원을 하게 되었다.
      본 고안은 개발이 늦은 감이 있으나 심지의 특성에 따라 면사와 나일론 사를 잘 혼합하여 직조하고 색소를 넣어 시각적인 면과 타는 냄새도 느끼도록 향기를 갖는 스펀지형태의 흡수심지까지 개발하여 가운데에 넣고 가장자리는 기본으로 다섯가닥의 색상으로 조화시키는 방법으로 한 직조 심지에 관한 것이다.
