    • An apparatus, and method, for regeneration to an edible oil of fresher condition through lowering of the degree of oxidation of rancid edible oil. There is provided an edible oil regenerating apparatus comprising an air processor unit including a first air flow channel having an inlet and an outlet and structured so as to allow passage of air between magnets approached to each other with opposite magnetic poles disposed in opposed relationship and a second air flow channel connected to the outlet of the first air flow channel and equipped thereinside with a far infrared ray emitting member; a pump for pressure feeding of air into the inlet of the first air flow channel of the air processor unit; a tube connected to an outlet of the second air flow channel of the air processor unit; and one or more air blowout openings disposed at a distal end of the tube. Further, there is provided a method characterized in that the air from the apparatus is brought into contact with rancid edible oil as a treatment object.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a method and apparatus for separating and refining waste edible oil into edible vegetable oil and animal oil through an automatic or semiautomatic full line instead of manual refinement and separation operations to solve conventional problems such as disbursement of incidental expenses and quality deterioration of separated and refined edible oil. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for separating and refining waste edible oil into edible vegetable oil and animal oil comprises a raw oil melting tank(1) in which collected waste edible oil(raw oil) is stored so that the raw oil is melted by indirect steam heat; a pump(2) for supplying the raw oil to the agitation tank by pumping the raw oil in the raw oil melting tank through a pipe(1a) connected to the raw oil melting tank; an agitation tank(4) for agitating the raw oil to evaporate moisture contained in the raw water and discharging foreign materials through a foreign material discharge pipe(4d) on which a valve(4e) is mounted; a pump(5) for supplying the raw oil into the natural cooling tank by pumping the foreign material and moisture removed raw oil in the agitation tank through a pipe(4c); a natural cooling tank(6) for constantly maintaining temperature of the oil to about 30 deg.C; a raw oil discharge pipe(6a) for discharging the raw oil in the natural cooling tank into the atmosphere and filter cloths at both sides of a raw oil refining frame of the filter press through raw oil distribution pipes; a cooling water inflow pipe(8) for supplying cooling water into a pipe fixed to the inside of cooling and heating frames of the filter press through cooling water distribution pipes, thereby cooling the filter cloths of the filter press so that animal oil is solidified on the filter cloths, and edible vegetable oil passes through the filter cloths to be dropped; a steam inflow pipe(20) for opening a valve(20a) connected to the cooling water inflow pipe, thereby supplying steam into the pipe to heat the filter cloths so that the solidified animal oil is melted to be discharged; a cooling water recovery pipe(9) for recovering cooling water passing through the pipe and supplying the recovered cooling water to discharge pipes to circulate cooling water to a cooling water generator; a steam recovery(30) for circulating steam discharged by opening a valve(30a) connected to the cooling water recovery pipe to a steam generator; an inclined path(40) for supplying the dropped edible vegetable oil to a storage tank(60); and a gathering tank(50) for gathering the animal oil dropped so that the animal oil flows to a storage tank(70).

    • PURPOSE: A method for extracting and separating high purity fat and fatty oil from waste edible oil with a high efficiency is provided. A combined extracting and separating device for fat and fatty oil is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for extracting fat and fatty oil from waste edible oil by using a supercritical fluid is characterized in that a combined extracting and separating device(100) for fat and fatty oil having a single structure is used to carry out the extraction and phase separation after the extraction at the same time. Preferably, the supercritical fluid is CO2. The device(100) comprises an upper nozzle(1) which performs a tangential projection of the waste edible oil to convert them into fine oil particles and a lower nozzle(2) which performs a tangential projection of the supercritical fluid to carry out counter-current extraction so that the contact time and area between the oil and the fluid can be maximized.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for refining frying oil in real time is provided to prevent degeneration and oxidation of frying oil by removing animal oil and fat in real time during cooking fired food. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for refining frying oil in real time comprises a frying oil outlet(10), a food dreg removing unit(20), a refining reaction tub(30), an animal oil removing unit(40), a heat exchanger(50), a frying oil feeding unit(60), and a motor(70). The food dreg removing unit removes food dreg from frying oil discharged through the frying oil outlet. The refining reaction tub comprises a first filter(32) made of a β -cyclodextrin particle, an activated carbon particle, and a magnesium silicate particle. The refining reaction tub removes cholesterol from the frying oil. The animal oil removing unit rapidly cools the frying oil and removes the animal fat and stealth fat in the frying oil. The heat exchanger transfers the high temperature heat of the frying oil which has passed through the refining reaction tub to the low temperature frying oil which has passed through the animal oil removing unit. The high temperature frying oil is cooled, and the low temperature frying oil is heat at the same time. The frying oil feeding unit supplies the heated frying oil to a fryer.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating food waste and extracting bio-oil is provided to reduce environmental pollution by completely eliminating bad odor and gas generated from an extracting process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating food waste and extracting bio-oil includes a fermenting and drying unit(1), a pulverizing unit(2), a distilling tank(3), and a distilling column(4), a plurality of oil valves(44a to 44c), a plurality of oil transferring pipes(41a to 43a), oil tanks(5 to 7), a vacuum storing tank(8), a vacuum pump(81), and a centrifuge(9). A mixing wing is installed at the fermenting and drying unit and mixes food waste at low rate. An oxygen supplying unit and a deodorizer are arranged at the fermenting and drying unit. The distilling tank low temperature-based heats organic particles from the pulverizing unit and successively vaporizes and discharges vapor and oil. The oil valves are installed at the positions of the distilling column of different heights in order to discharge oil stored in the distilling column. The centrifuge centrifuges and refines oil which is stored in the vacuum storing tank.
