    • PURPOSE: A low temperature curable sealer and deadener composition is provided to combine two separate processes for applying a sealer and a deadener, and improve the curing property at low temperature such as 60deg.C without deteriorating the original mechanical properties, thereby reducing the cost for energy consumption. The composition is also environmentally friendly owing to the use of non-heavy metals as a stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: The low temperature curable sealer and deadener composition comprises: 4-30wt% of PVC as a main component; 20-25wt% of calcium carbonate as a filler; 1-20wt% of a material for imparting adhesiveness and 7-50wt% of a plasticizer, wherein the filler comprises 4-26wt% of calcium carbonate (CaCO3)(II) for thixotropic coating and the plasticizer comprises 1-10wt% of a polyester plasticizer.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is an economical noise-absorbing composition for cars, which has improved noise absorption than a conventional material and has no need of additional cost for the application thereof. CONSTITUTION: The noise-absorbing composition for cars comprises 25-40 wt% of a PVC, 25-35 wt% of a plasticizer, 5-10 wt% of an additive and 3-5 wt% of an adhesive. The composition is characterized by further comprising 7-40 wt% of PZT(PbZrTiO3) which is a ferrodielectric and piezoelectric particle. In particular, the PZT optionally further comprises a small amount of Sr and represents Pb0.94Sr0.06(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3.
