摘要： PURPOSE: A thermoplastic powder paint for coating a shopping cart metal structure is provided to obtain excellent mechanical and chemical properties of a plastic material which is strongly attached to a metal surface. CONSTITUTION: In a thermoplastic powder paint for coating a shopping cart metal structure, the shopping cart metal structure consists of an inner metal layer(110) and an outer coating layer, as a shipping cart basket and a frame. The outer coating layer has a thickness of 100-500 microns. The outer coating layer consists of a graftomer, an adhesive resin composition, a flame retardant composition, an antioxidant, and a pigment. The graftomer is obtained by grafting maleic anhydride to a resin which is selected from a polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin and a mixture thereof.
