摘要： A silane-modified binder dispersing liquid is provided to secure optimal gloss and haze and to show improved scratch resistance, thereby being used as a transparent lacquer. An aqueous composition comprises a silane-modified copolymer, hydroxyl-containing polyorganosiloxane, surface-modified inorganic particles and water. The surface-modified inorganic particle has less than 200nm of z-average molecular weight. The silane-modified copolymer includes the formula 1 of -Si(R1O)2R2. In the formula 1, R1 is a C2-C8 alkyl radical; and R2 is a C1-C5 alkyl radical. The silane-modified copolymer contains hydroxyl-functional hydrophobic polymer containing (meth)acrylic acid ester and/or vinyl ester having C1-C18 hydrocarbon radical, hydroxyl functional monomer and polymerizable silane-functional monomer. The silane-modified copolymer contains hydroxyl-functional hydrophilic polymer containing (meth)acrylic acid ester and/or vinyl ester having C1-C18 hydrocarbon radical, hydroxyl functional monomer and acid-functional monomer.
