    • The present invention relates to a polyvinylchloride-based fire-resistant foam insulation cross-linked by an electron beam and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyvinylchloride-based fire-resistant foam insulation cross-linked by an electron beam, including a extrusion-foamed raw material composition including: a resin mixture including 30-70 weight parts of polyvinylchloride (PVC) resin and 30-70 weight parts of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) resin; and 10-100 weight parts of chlorinated paraffin oil (CPO), based on total 100 weight parts of the resin mixture, and a method for manufacturing the same. The polyvinylchloride-based fire-resistant foam insulation cross-linked by an electron beam includes a highly fire-resistant polyvinylchloride and chlorinated polyethylene resins, thus can be used as a construction insulation material. Since the chlorinated polyethylene resin can be easily mixed with the polyvinylchloride, the degree of cross-linking can be increased to have a high-resolution foam and enhanced insulation thereby.
