    • PURPOSE: A (meth)acryloyl iminophosphazene-based compound and a method for preparing the same are provided to improve flame retardancy and heat resistance, and to obtain a copolymer with excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A (meth)acryloyl iminophosphazene-based compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the (meth)acryloyl iminophosphazene-based compound comprises: and a step of reacting azido(meth)acrylate of chemical formula 2 with a phosphite-based compound of chemical formula 3. A copolymer contains 1-50 wt% of the (meth)acryloyl iminophosphazene-based compound. The copolymer is prepared by copolymerization of the (meth)acryloyl iminophosphazene-based compound and a monofunctional unsaturated monomer. The monofunctional unsaturated monomer contains one or more selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylate-based monomer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, a vinyl cyanide-based monomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid, and acid anhydride.
