    • 본발명은산업부산물을이용한무시멘트경량패널용심재조성물에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는이산화탄소를발생시키는시멘트대신에제지애시, 고로슬래그등의산업부산물을알칼리자극제와혼합하여별도의발포제를이용하지않고기포를생성시켜경량화를이루는산업부산물을이용한무시멘트경량패널용심재조성물에관한것이다.본발명에따른산업부산물을이용한무시멘트경량패널용심재조성물은, 무시멘트경량패널용심재조성물 100 중량부에대하여, 제지애시 1~15 중량부, 고로슬래그 50~65 중량부, 배합수 20~35 중량부, 수산화나트륨 1~10 중량부를포함하며; 상기무시멘트경량패널용심재조성물은알칼리촉진제인수산화칼륨 1~10 중량부, 수산화칼슘 1~5 중량부를더 포함하고; 상기고로슬래그는밀도 2.88~2.99g/㎤이고, 상기수산화나트륨은밀도 2.13g/㎤, 98%의순도를갖는것을배합수에용해시키며, 상기수산화칼륨은밀도 2.04g/㎤, 95%의순도를갖는것을배합수에용해시키고, 상기수산화칼슘은밀도 2.24g/㎤, 95%의순도를갖는것을배합수에용해시키는것을특징으로한다.

    • PURPOSE: A disposal method of incinerated waste ash by manufacturing aggregates from incinerated ash is provided. The resultant aggregates have the same shape as natural aggregates and embossed surfaces by pressing, which improves strength and adhesion to cement. CONSTITUTION: The aggregates(10) using incinerated ash are manufactured by the following steps of: grinding incinerated ash; adding a binder to ground ash and mixing, wherein pin-shaped iron aggregates are optionally put to improve strength of aggregates and adhesion to cement; pressing mixtures to an oval shape with an embossed surface(11) like natural aggregates, wherein the embossed surface improves adhesion to cement; drying formed aggregates until the surfaces of aggregates are not sticky; applying a glaze(or coating solution) to the surfaces of aggregates, wherein a coating layer(12) prevents harmful materials contained in aggregates from releasing; and sintering aggregates at 1200-1300deg.C.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of lightweight aggregates is provided to save manufacturing costs and greatly decrease sintering temperature and time, compared to conventional method, by using waste incinerated ash and clay as main materials. CONSTITUTION: The lightweight aggregates are manufactured by the following steps of: mixing 100pts.wt. of ash generated by incinerator from urban and industrial waste, 50-200pts.wt. of clay ground to a size less than 16mesh(600micrometer), 5-20pts.wt. of organic sludge such as sewage, waste water and paper sludge, 4-20pts.wt. of strength improver such as blast furnace slag and/or waste gypsum, wherein the incinerated ash contains 50-90wt.% of bottom ash and 10-50wt.% of fly ash, and the addition of organic sludge decrease sintering time and temperature and increase densification by heat generation of organic materials resulting in instant melting and foaming; forming mixed materials into an aggregate shape with a 5-13mm diameter; coating the surface of aggregates with waste gypsum to prevent aggregates from adhering in sintering, and drying until aggregates contain 10% of moisture; putting dried aggregates into a furnace(700-900deg.C), sintering at 1050-1250deg.C for 10-25min and cooling.
