    • The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for wastewater sludge treatment and advanced wastewater treatment which are capable of treating the nutrient salts of nitrogen and phosphorus by applying bacillus to a sludge treatment process while combining an advanced wastewater treatment process and the sludge treatment process and, at the same time, blocking or minimizing the discharge of excess sludge fundamentally. According to the present invention, the apparatus and the method for wastewater sludge treatment and advanced wastewater treatment are configured to include an advanced wastewater treatment apparatus and a sludge treatment apparatus, the sludge treatment apparatus comprising: an aeration tank which is driven under aerobic conditions and degrades microorganisms in sludge, except bacillus, and generates organisms to activates bacillus; a poor aeration tank which is driven with a relatively smaller amount of injected air than that in the aeration tank and reduces the activation of microorganisms in sludge; a spore forming tank which is driven under anaerobic conditions and induces remaining microorganisms in sludge to degrade and become extinct and the spores of bacillus to be formed; a bacillus activation reactor which is provided in an internal return line from the spore forming tank to the aeration tank and supplies minerals to sludge returned from the spore forming tank to the inside thereof to activate a spore state of bacillus; and a precipitation tank which induces sludge discharged from the spore forming tank to be deposited by gravity to separate into supernatant and concentrated sludge.     • PURPOSE: A non-power stirrer of a vertical type biological reactor in a sewage disposal process is provided to increase the disposal efficiency of sewage by changing the capacity of each reactor according to the speed of the sewage process of each reactor changed by various variables. CONSTITUTION: A non-power stirrer of a vertical type biological reactor in a sewage disposal process includes a reactor(100), a plate shaped transportable reaction partition(200), a rail(300), an air diffuser(130), an air lifter(400), a blade frame(500), and a blade(510). A transportable reaction partition divides the insides of the reactor into an upper tub(110) and a lower tub(120). A rail is equipped from the transportable reaction partition to the upper direction. An air diffuser is equipped in the lower side of the upper tub. An air lifter includes a bucket(410) having an opening part to face the lower part in order to collect a part of air supplied from an air lifter and a hollow pipe shaped rail guide(420) formed to be extended in the upper one side of the bucket. A rail is inserted into the inside of a rail guide and an air lifter can move up and down along the rail. A blade frame is movable up and down according to the movement of an air lifter by combining with the air lifter. A blade is able to stir the inside of the lower tub by combining with the blade frame.

    • PURPOSE: A circulating agitator containing membrane bioreactor without a pipe is provided to effectively implement treatment and to adjust the area ratio of the inlet parts of an anaerobic bath and an anoxic bath. CONSTITUTION: A circulating agitator containing membrane bioreactor without a pipe includes an anaerobic bath(3), an anoxic bath(4), an aerobic bath(5), a membrane filter(6), a deaerobic bath(2), a circulating agitator(7), an anaerobic bath inlet(8), and an anoxic bath inlet(9). The anaerobic bath allows microorganisms in transferring bath to emit phosphorus. The anoxic bath keeps the anoxic state of sewage and eliminates nitrogen from the sewage based on a denitrification action. The aerobic bath keeps the aerobic state of the sewage. The sewage is nitrified in the aerobic bath, and organic materials in the aerobic bath are decomposed. The membrane filter filters overlaying water from the sewage. The deaerobic bath mixes transferred sewage and introduced sewage to reduce dissolved oxygen in the sewage. The circulating agitator agitates sludge and transfers the sewage from the membrane filter to the deaerobic bath.
