    • PURPOSE: A winch assembly is provided to control a fleet angle without the need of a separate power source by the fleet angle being controlled by rotating a winch only with the tensile force of a rope and without applying an external hydraulic force. CONSTITUTION: A winch assembly comprises a support(10), a base unit(20), a winch(30), and a rotating unit(40). The base unit is rotatably fixed on the support. The winch is fixed on the base unit. The rotating unit rotates the base unit to reduce a fleet angle. The base unit comprises a base plate and a rotating protrusion(23). A winch is fixed on the top of the base plate. One end of the rotating protrusion is fixed on the center of the underside of the base plate and the other end thereof is rotatably fixed on the support.

The cable guide system can be attachably and detachably combined with the traverse direction supporting parts. The cable guide system can be installed to the plurality of traverse direction supporting parts.
