    • PURPOSE: A driving system for winding a steel cord is provided to continuously perform entering, winding and discharging actions while a spool combination body assembled with plural empty spools moves to a set up section. CONSTITUTION: By finishing a winding work in a spool combination body, the spool combination body slowly moves, and an inducing roller(501) is returned to the initial state. A spare steel cord is wound up twice around an inducing groove formed at the edge of a side plate. Thereafter, a cutter(600) is moved to the steel cord side by a mobile device(602), and the steel cord is contacted with an electrode rod(601). Herein, when power is fed to the electrode rod and the steel cord is cut, a bobbin lift(200) rises. Then the spool combination body is supported, and cylinders(402,403) of a main shaft stand(401) and a tail stock(400) moves outside and releases the installation state of the spool combination body. Thereby, the spool combination body is not dropped into a drawing out hole(302) and is discharged through a discharging device via a supporting stand(201) while the bobbin lift is descended to ascend the spool combination body to the drawing out hole.
