摘要： PURPOSE: A position change device and a sheet processing apparatus are provided to improve transfer speed of sheets and reduce the probability of jamming during transfer by accurately turning the sheets to the desired position. CONSTITUTION: A position change device comprises two upstream correction rollers(51R,51L), two downstream correction rollers(52R,52L), and a controller. The upstream correction rollers are separate in the direction crossing the transfer direction of sheets(P0~P3). The downstream correction rollers are arranged separate from the upstream correction rollers toward the downstream side of the sheet transfer direction. The controller independently controls the rotation of the four correction rollers so that the speeds of the upstream correction rollers are differentiated to turn the sheets somewhat and the speeds of the downstream correction rollers are differentiated to turn the sheets completely to the desired position.

摘要： The present invention relates to a tape inserting device which inserts a band type third tape between a band type first tape moving in one direction along a longitudinal direction and a band type second tape moving in the direction same as the moving direction of the first tape along the longitudinal direction so as to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first tape. The tape inserting device includes a storage roller winding the third tape in a roll shape and storing the third tape and provided to be rotatable; and a main body having an inclined surface inclined in a predetermined angle with respect to an initial moving direction of the third tape so as to change the initial moving direction of the third tape unwound and released from the storage roller to a post moving direction which is the same as the moving direction of the first tape, wherein the moving direction of the third tape is changed by the third tape being folded in such a way that an upper surface and a lower surface are reversed along the inclined surface. According to the present invention, a foreign substance is unlikely to be inserted between the first tape and the second tape, and the third tape is continuously and easily inserted between the first tape and the second tape.
