A printing surface conversion unit of a sheet comprises: a printing face conversion unit(10) turning the sheet upside down by giving the external force to the sheet through the rotary motion of a rod(13) based on an axis; and a conveying unit(20) receiving the sheet from the printing face conversion unit and transferring to a opposite face printing unit. The printing face conversion unit includes: a stopper(15) temporarily stopping the sheet; and a drive motor(11) rotating the rod and the axis to the constant radius in order to upset the sheet positioned in the stopper. The stopper has a slot(16) by passing the rod through the stopper.
