摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an environmentally friendly packing box is provided to simplify an assembly work of a top plate, a side plate, and a bottom plate, and facilitate a separating work of a hinge and a plastic rivet. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a packing box comprises the following steps: A plastic upper hinge(20) has a foldable line groove(28) and comprises a horizontal platform(20a) adhered to the outline of the upper surface of a top plate(10) and a vertical platform(20b) adhered to the upper end surface of a side plate(12). Multiple rivet passing holes(26) according to riveting holes(27) are formed in an equal interval. The horizontal platform is adhered to the four sides of the top surface, and the vertical platform is adhered to the upper end surface of each side plate. A plastic lower hinge(24) comprises a horizontal platform(24a) having a foldable line groove and is adhered to the bottom surface outline of a lower plate(14); and a vertical platform(24b) is adhered to the lower end surface of a side plate(12). The multiple rivet passing holes according to riveting holes are formed in an equal interval in the horizontal and vertical platforms. The horizontal platform is adhered to the four sides of the bottom surface, and the vertical platform is adhered to the lower end surface of each side plate. A side hinge(22) comprises the first vertical platform(22a) adhered to the outline of the side plate, having a foldable line groove; and the second vertical platform(22b) adhered to the outline of the other side plate(12) nearby the first vertical platform at a right angle. The multiple rivet passing holes are formed at an constant interval in the first and the second vertical plat forms, and the riveting holes according to each rivet passing holes are formed through each outlines of adjacent side plates and adhered over the edge of the contacting side plates.
