摘要： PURPOSE: A stainless steel lid having a fastening means in an air-tight container is provided to manufacture a stainless steel lid which is able to be sealed by the pressurization of a packing with a stainless steel plate which is combined to plastic forming material when the stainless steel plate is combined to the plastic forming material. CONSTITUTION: A stainless steel plate(10) is processed by a press. Plastic forming material(20) is injection-molded into plastic. A packing(30) is inserted into an insertion element(40) when the stainless steel plate is combined to the plastic forming material. A projecting edge(11) for close adherence to the inner wall of a glass container is downwardly protruded on the face of the stainless steel plate. A flange(13) is formed in the external side of the projecting edge. A re-entrant edge is formed on the face of the stainless steel plate in which the projecting edge is formed. A projection hoop(14) is formed on the face of the stainless plate to be upwardly protruded. The plastic forming material has a fastening unit(22) which is foldable to the outside of an edge(21). An edge partition wall(23) is formed in the internal side of the edge. The flange of the stainless steel plate is inserted into the edge partition wall by pressurization, and a projection(24) is formed for the flange not to be arbitrarily fallen out. A fitting edge(25) is formed to be inserted into the re-entrant edge of the stainless steel plate apart from the edge partition wall. A contact wing(26) closely adheres to the face of the stainless steel plate. An elastic wing(28) is partitioned off by formation of a cut-out part(27) to the left and right sides of the edge partition wall in which the projection is formed. A curl portion(16) is formed as the leading end of the flange of the stainless steel plate.
