摘要： A counterfeit preventing cap is provided to prevent damage even by external shock during transportation and to prevent a counterfeit preventing tool from being left at a discharging port of a container after opening the cap by splitting the counterfeit preventing tool into at least two. A counterfeit preventing cap(120) is composed of a cap unit and a counterfeit preventing tool(20). A hanging tooth portion is joined to a container discharging port formed at the outer periphery of the lower part. A containing part(10) for shielding and receiving the counterfeit preventing tool is formed at the lower side of the cap. The counterfeit preventing tool is split into at least two and partially restricted and contained in the counterfeit preventing tool containing part. The counterfeit preventing tool containing part is formed in the shape of a flap having the diameter larger than the outer diameter of the cap.
