摘要： A method for producing packaged goods in which hermetic sealing performance is enhanced furthermore at the sealed end. The method for producing packaged goods comprises a filling step (St3) for filling a tubular film with a content; a squeezing step (St4) for squeezing the tubular film filled with the content to form flat portions where the content does not exist at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the tubular film; a collecting step (St5) for collecting the nonexisting portions in the direction traversing the flat surface; a tape member supplying step (St6) for applying a tape member, which is long in the traversing direction and has a heat shrinkage rate larger in the longitudinal direction than that in the width direction on the nonexisting portions, such that the collected nonexisting portions or the nonexisting portions to be collected are held in between; and a first sealing step (St7) for forming a sealed part in the nonexisting portions by sealing the nonexisting portions on which the tape member is applied in the traversing direction together with the tape member.

摘要： The present invention is a device for taping to surround the outer circumference surface of a bundle of openings which twist a wrapping paper opening part as crease shape and relates to a horizontal taping device capable of controlling the height. The present invention relates to a machine which completes the packing by transferring, folding, and taping the wrapping paper opening part after forming a wrapping unit formed of; an opening pressing and transferring part which is installed on the front side of a driving box and grasps an opening part of wrapping paper and transfers the opening part of the wrapping paper with a speed same as a conveyer belt and induces taping; an opening folding part which folds the opening part as crease shape; and a taping part which tapes a bundle of folded openings. The present invention ascends and descends a guide rail with a fixed level to be easily applied according to the type of different wrapping paper and rotates a horizontal frame for supporting the guide rail with a fixed angle and tapes an opening part of wrapping paper having different size and shape in various work environments.

摘要： PURPOSE: A binding machine is provided to bind an opening of a packing bag with a tape by using a simple and small machine. CONSTITUTION: A binding machine comprises a folding unit and a taping unit. The folding unit has rail bars in which a multiply folded plate is fitted. The taping unit comprises a movable part(20), a fixed part(30), a pressing roll, a rotating roll(26), and an interlocking part. The pressing roll is mounted in the upper part of the fixed part toward the movable part. The rotating roll is mounted on the movable part to face the pressing roll. The interlocking part interlocks the rotating roll. When the taping unit moves up to the top of the folding unit, an opening of a packing bag is bound while the rotating roll is rotated between the pressing roll and the rotating roll.
