The grip part is installed on the exterior of the hub, and grips the side end of the packing material in order to transfer the side end of the packing material to the interior of the packed object. The pressing part is supported by the grip part, and presses the packing material to the packed object. The rotating part is installed in between the hub and the grip part, and rotates the grip part so that the pressing part can be rotated.

The pressing plates maintain the posture of the pressing plates being flat to the side of the packed object, and press the pressing plates toward the packed object.
