The tube body has an inlet(14) and an outlet(16) in which four recesses(18) are formed on the exterior surface. The inlet is open while the outlet is closed in a cross shape. The closed outlet is elastically opened by the discharge pressure of liquid material passing through the tube body, and closed when the discharge of liquid material is stopped so as to block the residual liquid material in the discharge tube from flowing into a packaging material.
