    • The present invention is to obtain a packing device for packing sticks having a low-viscosity charging nozzle capable of preventing the defects of a sealing part by preventing spattering phenomenon caused when low-viscosity liquid is injected to be individually packed. The packing device for stick pouches having a low-viscosity charging nozzle comprises: a first supply part for continuously supplying band-type stick pouch films; a first welding part for welding both edges of the stick pouch films to form into the shape of a pipe while roundly rolling the stick pouch films; a fixed pipe fixed inside the stick pouches of which both edges are welded; a lifting bar repeatedly lifting at a predetermined height; a second welding part for pulling down the stick pouches while welding the stick pouches; a second supply part for continuously supplying the constant amount of the liquid; a nozzle part for discharging the constant amount of the liquid supplied from the second supply part; and a cutting part for cutting the part welded by the second welding part. The nozzle part has an outlet formed on the inclined surface at the bottom of a nozzle to prevent the liquid from being spattered. The outlet has inverse triangles symmetrically penetrated on a central connection apex so that the liquid can be discharged into the shape of a pot when sprayed.

    • [PROBLEMS] To obtain a spouted-pouch package having a high degree of deoxidation by a method in which even a liquid filling which readily lathers can be packed while being inhibited from lathering. The step (1) comprises: a vacuum step (1-1) in which the pouch is evacuated under vacuum; an inert-gas blow step (1-2) in which an inert gas is blown into the pouch after the vacuum step; and a gas-diminishing vacuum step (1-3) in which the gas in the pouch after the inert-gas blow step is discharged under vacuum to diminish the gas in the pouch to a given amount. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum injector is composed of:a vacuum tank(100) for removing the air included in substance material(600) by a vacuum pump(120); a hopper(200) for collecting the content in an injection waiting state, established at the lower face of the vacuum tank; a transport screw(220) driven by being established inside of a transport pipe of the lower face of the hopper; a supplier consisted of an approach sensor(330) for sensing rotation quantity and a gear pump(350) rotated by a DC geared motor(300) to supply the substance transported by the transport screw in a fixed quantity; a control box for controlling a pneumatic changer(410) of leakage preventer and the transport motor and the DC geared motor.
