    • PURPOSE: A wrapping method of a plate glass packing box is provided to unite plural arranged packing boxes, and to move conveniently by binding the packing box with upper and lower jigs. CONSTITUTION: Plural boxes(1) packing plate glass are made of wood, and arranged in a loading table. Planar supports(7) are fixed with a screw bolt or a nail according to the size and the height of the plate glass packing box. An upper frame(3) and a lower frame(4) of a jig are placed and inserted at both sides of the arranged packing boxes. The packing box is covered with a steel band, and the both ends of the steel band are inserted to the sides of the lower frame. The jig fastens the packing box firmly without being separated from the packing box. The steel band is fixed with a fitting protrusion(44) of vertical parts(43) in upper and lower frames in carrying, and the packing box is fixed firmly with vertical parts of upper and lower frames. The support is fixed with the nail to prevent the packing box from being moved. The packing boxes are bound with the jig and the steel band, and transported safely by fitting the chain or the belt of a crane to a base plate(42) of the lower frame.

    • The present invention relates to a cassette which stacks and stores a liquid crystal display glass being processed. The cassette comprises a main body which forms a basic frame of the whole cassette; multiple roller bars in which multiple rollers are arranged adjacent to each other to hold the glass to be movable, and which are arranged at predetermined intervals along upper and lower parts of both side walls of the main body; a fixer bar installed together with the roller bar, having multiple slots arranged at predetermined intervals to hold the glass when the glass is deviated from the roller bars; multiple open hangers which are installed on the bottom surface of the main body at predetermined intervals to support a load of a product and on which rubber is mounted to absorb impact during transport; and a block hanger which is installed on the bottom surface of the main body, and on which multiple grooves are arranged at predetermined intervals to hold the product to be fixed during transport. In the cassette of the present invention, the roller bars having a guide roller are installed in addition to the fixer bar having a slot groove to which the glass is fitted, thereby reducing the movement of the product, preventing the product from being deflected due to thinning as an etching process is continued, and making an etching process for thin glass products possible by stacking the glass products since the products are not damaged.
