摘要： The present invention relates to a portable lifesaving pack used for preventing safety accidents in an emergency distress in a river or ocean, and, in particular, to a portable lifesaving pack, which comprises an expandable pack (10) expanded by injecting expansion gas, a wearable ring (20) connected to the expandable pack and wearable on the neck of a user, and a safety valve (40) combined to an assembly hole (12) of the expandable pack and opening a compressed gas container (30) by pressing a press button in emergency to supply the compressed gas in the compressed gas container to the inside of the expandable pack to expand the expandable pack. The portable lifesaving pack is conveniently carried by wearing on the neck with the wearable ring, secures the safety by injecting the compressed gas in the compressed gas container to the expandable pack to expand by pressing the safety valve in an emergency distress in a river or ocean, rapidly operates, which provides the satisfaction in use in emergency when every minute is counted, and provides an excellent operation reliability by preventing malfunctions of the safety valve or leakage of the compressed gas in the normal condition.

When helium gas is injected through the straw, the gas is filled from the end of the balloon so that the separation of the balloon can be prevented due to sudden air injection. The balloon is formed by a material with high elasticity and intensity.
