摘要： An automatic folding seat structure of a vehicle is provided to conveniently take a seat by easily unfolding a seat part with a spring and a deceleration gear and slowly folding the seat with holding and moving up the seat part. An automatic folding seat structure of a vehicle folds and unfolds a seat composed of a backrest part(1) and a seat part(2), and includes an elliptical gear(10) turned and installed to a first support rod(14) mounted at a side of the seat part, a spring(20) mounted in the elliptical gear fitted to the first support rod and fixed to a fitting unit(15) mounted at a side of the backrest part and a deceleration gear(30) engaged with the elliptical ear, connected to an end of a coil spring by a second support rod(32) and moved up and down along a moving hole of the backrest part. The elliptical gear is inclined to the first support rod, and a gear tooth(13) of the elliptical gear is composed of a linear part and a convex curved part. A gear tooth(39) of the deceleration gear is composed of a linear part and a concave curved part.
