CONSTITUTION: A seat track locking device comprises a fixed track(10), a moving track(20), and a locking assembly(30). The locking assembly comprises a guide member, a fixing member, lockers, a spring holder member, return springs, and an actuating member. The guide member is coupled with one side of the moving track. The guide member comprises first and second guide holes having different height. The lockers are inserted to the inner space of the moving track. The locker maintains the vertical state by being guided by the first and the second guide holes. The spring holder member adjusts the gap between the return spring and the locker. The actuating member moves the lockers.

    • The present invention relates to a fixing structure for mounting a gear box in a rail, which includes: a front bracket fastened to the front side of the rail in such a manner as to be locked in every direction to prevent the escape thereof; a rear bracket fixedly disposed on the rear side of the rail to prevent the front and rear escape thereof; and the rail fastened to the front bracket at the front end portion thereof to prevent the front bracket from being escaped in every direction, wherein the front bracket further includes an embossed portion formed at the center of the front end thereof to prevent the escape thereof in every direction on the front end portion of the rail and a protrusion formed from one side thereof to the vertical portion thereof, the rear bracket further includes a location pin adapted to prevent the front and rear escape from the rear side of the rail, and the rail further includes a first locking groove formed on the front end portion thereof to prevent the escape of the front bracket from the front end portion thereof and a second locking groove formed from one side of the front end portion thereof to the vertical portion thereof. Accordingly, the escape of the brackets from the rail is prevented to avoid the separation of the gear box until a vehicle is delivered, and the fastening between the brackets and the rail does not need any separate consumable parts through riveting, stacking, and press-fitting, thus reducing the costs of the consumable parts and shortening the process time.
