    • A method for manufacturing a metal plate having a directly printed image is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and to reduce a manufacturing cost by using a direct printing manner. An adhesive layer is formed by coating an adhesive on an upper surface of a metal plate(S10). The adhesive includes a hardener of 10-30 weight percent with respect to an epoxy binder of 100 weight percent. The adhesive layer is dried by heating the metal plate during 30-60 minutes at a temperature range of 100-150 degrees centigrade(S20). A printed layer is formed by printing a desired image of a user on an upper part of the adhesive layer by using a printing device of an ultraviolet hardening type(S30). A reflective protection layer is formed on the printed layer(S40). The reflective protection layer includes an anti-sedimentation agent of 10-30 weight percent and the hardener of 10-30 weight percent with respect to the epoxy binder of 100 weight percent. The reflective protection layer is dried by heating the metal plate during 30-60 minutes at the temperature range of 100-150 degrees centigrade(S50).
