摘要： A method for manufacturing a partial transparent pattern body and the partial transparent pattern body are disclosed. The method for manufacturing a partial transparent pattern body according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing molds having different patterns according to areas; coating, with a UV solution, an upper surface of an upper fabric made of transparent synthetic resins with a first thickness to form a pattern transfer layer; pressing the pattern transfer layer against the mold with the pattern formed to transfer the pattern to the upper surface of the upper fabric; forming a metal film to the upper surface of the upper fabric where the pattern is transferred; forming, using light-blocking ink, a printing layer in a second area that is the remainder except for a first area on a lower surface of the upper fabric; coating, with UV curable adhesives, on the lower surface of the upper fabric where the printing layer is formed to form a bonding layer; bonding, to the bonding layer formed on the lower surface of the upper fabric, an upper surface of a lower fabric made of transparent synthetic resins with a second thick thicker than the first thickness; and allowing the lower surface of the lower fabric to be irradiated with UV light to be hardened, thereby bonding the upper fabric and the lower fabric. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a partial transparent pattern body, which has an elegant metallic texture with a hologram, and an area which has partial transparency and is lightweight, wherein the area corresponds to letters or a logo. In addition, a pattern is formed at a predetermined curvature to sequentially display a reflective surface according to viewing angles, thereby forming a pattern body having no effect that the reflective surface pattern appears and disappears in a moment.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a metal plate having a directly printed image is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and to reduce a manufacturing cost by using a direct printing manner. An adhesive layer is formed by coating an adhesive on an upper surface of a metal plate(S10). The adhesive includes a hardener of 10-30 weight percent with respect to an epoxy binder of 100 weight percent. The adhesive layer is dried by heating the metal plate during 30-60 minutes at a temperature range of 100-150 degrees centigrade(S20). A printed layer is formed by printing a desired image of a user on an upper part of the adhesive layer by using a printing device of an ultraviolet hardening type(S30). A reflective protection layer is formed on the printed layer(S40). The reflective protection layer includes an anti-sedimentation agent of 10-30 weight percent and the hardener of 10-30 weight percent with respect to the epoxy binder of 100 weight percent. The reflective protection layer is dried by heating the metal plate during 30-60 minutes at the temperature range of 100-150 degrees centigrade(S50).
