    • PURPOSE: Provided is a glass artificial marble with good elasticity by protecting a synthetic resin print layer formed on the glass with a foamed resin pad. Accordingly, the glass artificial marble prevents dangers by keeping glasses cracked, not scattered, in breaking. CONSTITUTION: The artificial marble made of glass is produced by the following steps: forming a primer(20) on a substrate(10), glass, for increasing adhesion between glass and print layer; forming a marble print layer(30) composed of synthetic resin on the other side of the primer with a bond(1); attaching a foamed synthetic resin, ethylenevinyl acetate(EVA) pad(2), to the back of the print layer.

    • PURPOSE: A glass wall for shower-booth is provided to reduce damage of glass wall and prevent damaged glass from scattering by locating adhesive sheet at the inner side of plate glass composing glass wall. CONSTITUTION: A glass wall for shower-booth comprises plate glasses(210), PVB group adhesive sheets (220), and mirror means(230). The plate glass is positioned at the outermost of both sides. The PVB group adhesive sheets are located at each inner side of the plate glass. The mirror means is located between the PVB group adhesive sheets. The mirror means comprises mirror facet, and nano silver layer. The mirror facet is composed of transparent resin(231), and the nano silver layer is coated on the mirror facet. A manufacturing method of glass wall for shower-booth comprises the following steps. (a) The glass wall is completed by preparing two plate glasses, two sheets of PVB group adhesive sheet, and one sheet of mirror means. (b) The glass wall is performed a preliminary heat treatment. (c) The glass wall which performed a preliminary heat treatment is tack-welded and air layer is terminated. (d) The tack-welded glass wall is performed a secondary heat treatment. (e) The glass wall which performed a secondary heat treatment is welded. (f) The glass wall welded is performed heat treatment in the auto clave. And (g) the heat-treated glass wall is quenched.

    • PURPOSE: Glass-based artificial marble is provided, which is capable of being produced economically and simply in a short process time at a low process temperature and easily cut processing. CONSTITUTION: The artificial marble is prepared by applying a primer(2) on a surface of glass(1), forming a print layer(3) with multi-colored patterns using a print ink, and drying the print layer in a U.V. dryer equipped with a UV lamp(high pressure mercury lamp) being kept at 80 to 100 deg.C. The print ink is composed of a mixture of a conventional polyurethane(P.U.) and epoxy resin, an equal or similar amount of acrylate oligomer as an adhesion enhancer, instead of inorganic material such as silica, and a UV coater. The adhesion enhancer used in the ink and applied as the primer on the surface of glass includes a commonly used synthetic resin such as fluoride resin and 30 to 50 wt%, based on the total amount of the enhancer, of a silane coupling agent such as G.P(multi-purpose) silane, instead of inorganic material.

    • Provided are a double-layered laminated glass, wherein patterns are directly formed on the adhesive surface of the glass using an ultraviolet ink, and thus the glass is improved in an aesthetic sensation and has an ultraviolet-blocking function, and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the double-layered laminated glass(10) comprises the steps of: washing and drying adhesive surfaces of the glasses; forming a printing layer(20) by printing patterns such as letters or figures on the adhesive surface of the glass by a screen printing method using an ultraviolet ink; curing the printing layer(20) using ultraviolet rays; and interposing an adhesive film(15) between a pair of glasses(11,13) to obtain laminated glass(10).
