    • PURPOSE: A multi-layered window system formed with a nano heat insulation layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase energy efficiency by the reduction in heat loss generated by a window which is applied on a building, a flight, and a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layered window system formed with a nano heat insulation layer comprises an external glass(30), an internal glass(20), a coated glass(10), gas insulation layers(50,60), a nano insulation layer(40), and an electrode portion(70). The coated glass is located between the external glass and the internal glass. The gas is injected between the glasses for the formation of the gas insulation layer. Grapheme and a carbon nanotube are laminated on one side of the coating glass. The electrode portion connects to the nano insulation layer.

    • An apparatus for joining multilayer glass using an adhesive film between upper and lower glass plates is provided to minimize heat loss and to rapidly and conveniently change the upper and lower glass plates. An upper and lower glass plates are placed into a space between two silicone sheets. Upon heating, the upper and lower plates of a vacuum press are horizontally moved to a joining furnace by rails over a working table. A vacuum hose of a vacuum pump to press the two silicone sheets of the upper and lower plates of the vacuum press is also automatically moved upward and downward by a lifter installed at the upper part of the working table. An exchanging table is provided in a double layer rail structure including side rails and upper exchanging rails at the front of the working table, whereby after the joining process, the upper plate of the vacuum press is separated upwardly by the upper lifter over the working table and the lower plate of the vacuum press is separated and moved horizontally to the upper exchanging rail on the lowered exchanging table. The upper plate of the vacuum press is moved downwardly on the lower plate of the vacuum press and moved horizontally to the joining furnace.
