    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing plastic bags which is capable of respectively forming the sealing and perforations on rectangular plastic bags at regular intervals and automatically winding a certain number of plastic bags, and allowing an empty winding rod to engage with a roller to replace a winding rod with the empty winding rod while moving, toward the worker, the winding rod wound around with the plastic bags by being automatically rotated at an angle of 180 degrees if the certain number of sheets is wound around the winding rod so as to continuously proceed with the work. A servo motor (8) is installed in the lower end of a rectangular frame (1) to be driven. Rollers (2, 5) are respectively installed in the upper and lower ends to be repeatedly rotated or stopped clockwise by the servo motor at regular time intervals. Winding rods (3, 6) are installed in the upper and lower ends, and engage with the rollers (2, 5) to be rotated counterclockwise. Replacement winding rods (4, 7) are integrated with a holder (21) to be on the opposite side of the winding rods (3, 6). If a certain number of plastic bags (17) is wound around each of the winding rods (3, 6), a moving frame (10) is moved with the operation of an actuator (9) by air pressure under the control of a control unit (18). Guide rails (11, 12) are installed in the upper and lower ends of the moving frame (10) to allow the moving frame to reciprocate. Brake motors (M1, M2) and serration rollers (13-16) are installed to rotate the winding rods (3, 4, 6, 7) at an angle of 180 degrees while fixing the winding rods.
