    • PURPOSE: A forming method of a synthetic resin pipe using a wide high-strength profile and a device thereof are provided to simply and quickly cool vertical reinforcing walls and a horizontal reinforcing wall while forming the vertical reinforcing walls and the horizontal reinforcing wall and to double the production speed by making the width of the cooled profile wide. CONSTITUTION: A forming method of a synthetic resin pipe using a wide high-strength profile comprises steps of supplying a melt material through a first extruding part; forming the profile along an inner reinforcing wall-forming space(22) of a square protruded part(21) formed to the front of a profile forming device(2); supplying the material to a second extruding part and integrally forming vertical reinforcing walls and one horizontal reinforcing wall; and maintaining the formed state of the profile by rapidly cooling the profile formed in the inner reinforcing wall-forming space in 8 directions with a coolant and cooling the profile in a square space formed in the horizontal reinforcing wall and the vertical reinforcing walls of the profile.

    • PURPOSE: A spiral synthetic resin pipe is provided to achieve sufficient shearing strength and flexural strength against external pressure applied thereto by allowing a hollow section of a small pipe to have circular or octagonal shape. CONSTITUTION: A small pipe(20) has four small space sections(22) therein. The small space sections(22) have a circular sectional shape so edge sections of synthetic resin(21) surrounding the small space sections(22) have enlarged upper and lower parts and a concave center part. Since the edge sections of synthetic resin(21) have the enlarged upper and lower parts, shearing force and twisting force applied to the edge sections of synthetic resin(21) are distributed so that shearing strength and flexural strength of a spiral synthetic resin pipe are improved. Alternately, four octagonal-shaped space sections are provided in the small pipe(20).

    • PURPOSE: A synthetic resin profile pipe is provided to enable application to manufacture of a large-size pipe by employing additional mortar and fiber-reinforced layers. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin profile pipe comprises a profile laminate, a junction part(120), first and second fiber-reinforced layers(130,150), and a mortar layer(140). A synthetic resin profile(111) is spirally wound and laminated to from the profile laminate. An adhesive resin is arranged between the laminated portions of the profile in order to attach the sides of the profile. The fiber-reinforced layer is formed by winding and laminating fiber on the exterior surface of the profile laminate and attached to the profile and the junction part. The mortar layer, composed of a mixture of sand and resin, is attached to the exterior surface of the first fiber-reinforced layer. The second fiber-reinforced layer is formed by winding and laminating fiber on the exterior surface of the mortar layer.
