    • A manufacturing method for a preform for a multi-layered bottle and a multi-layered bottle having excellent gas barrier properties are provided to accomplish price competitiveness by using nano-polyamide complex and reducing the content of barrier resin for improving gas barrier property. A manufacturing method for a preform for a multi-layered bottle and a multi-layered bottle having excellent gas barrier properties comprise a step of drying nano-complex for 4~5 hours in a drier at 80~90°C prior to an injection molding process and drying nano-complex maintaining its moisture at 50~400ppm a step of melting resin at the injection temperature of a polyester barrel of 290~295°C and at the injection temperature of nano-complex of 270~285°C in the course of manufacturing the multi-layered perform, respectively and molding a multi-layered perform by injection-molding nano-complex under the injection pressure of 1000~1200psi simultaneously.
