摘要： PURPOSE: An in-mold label and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solve curl phenomenon, as maintaining clear printed matter without being erased while the in-mold label is applied in a plastic container. CONSTITUTION: According to a method for manufacturing an in-mold label(100), a base material layer(130) is formed with a thermoplastic resin. A coating layer(110) is formed with acryl or urethane on one surface of the base material layer. An adhesive layer(150) is formed on the other surface of the base material layer, and the adhesive layer is for adhering the base material layer to an adhesion object. The thermoplastic resin is melt and extruded on the surface of the base material layer. The thermoplastic resin melt and extruded on the surface of the base material layer is cooled as passing through a cooling roll to form a circular in-mold label. The circular in-mold label is upset to be reversely wound via a turn bar, in order to prevent curl phenomenon during the melting/extrusion process of the adhesive layer.

摘要： PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a hierarchical structure is provided to produce flexible hierarchical structures by arranging and stacking a silicon semiconductor, a compound semiconductor and a nano structure on a flexible target substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transfer stage(110) horizontally transfers a dummy substrate(DS). A main roller(120) stacks the fine unit(U) of the dummy substrate on a target substrate. A adhesion process unit(130) adheres the target substrate to the fine unit. The adhesion between the target substrate and the fine unit is stronger than the adhesion between the dummy substrate and the fine unit. The adhesion process unit uses a self-assembled monolayer.
