    • A molding method of a pencil core for makeup and a molding apparatus thereof are provided to diversify shapes of the pencil core through efficiently forming the pencil core and to increase durability of the pencil core by performing a thinning process and a high density molding process. A molding apparatus of a pencil core for makeup comprises a pre-compressive mold unit(100), a pencil core mold unit(500), and a cooling/preheating unit(600). The pre-compressive mold unit ascends toward a fixed position by a controller and primarily compresses a pencil core material, which is in a paste state, at a pre-compression space by using compressed air generated by a compressor(430) having a stirring tank(400). The pre-compressive mold unit includes a valve stem(110), a lateral supporting plate, a top supporting block, a filling nozzle(170), a compression rod(210), a rod cover, a guide block(220), a compression cylinder(250), a switching valve(310), and a converting cylinder(330).

    • A press mold is provided to stably prevent escape of thermoplastic resin when a top mold and a bottom mold mates with each other. A press mold includes a top mold(10) having a cavity(11) and a bottom mold(20) for closing the cavity through contact with the top mold. The bottom mold has a groove(25) formed by upwardly protruding an outer rim of the bottom mold, and the top mold has a fitting portion(15) formed by contracting an outer rim of the top mold. The fitting portion is fitted into the groove. The top mold has a stepped portion formed by rounding an edge thereof for containing thermoplastic resin(30) escaped from the cavity. The bottom mold has a groove(26) formed by depressing a top inner surface thereof for containing the resin.

    • PURPOSE: A helmet main body manufacturing device and a method thereof are provided to continuously mold helmet main bodies without any curing time delay and densify the structure with uniform thickness and high strength by filling liquid state resin into micro holes of a stacking element. CONSTITUTION: A helmet main body manufacturing method includes the steps of forming stacking elements(100) in molds(2) in the shape of helmet main body separatively, injecting a liquid state thermoplastic resin(200) diluted with a curing agent into the molds and assembling a cover(6) mounted with an air bag(8) and a valve(32) for opening or closing the air bag for the injection of compression air, adhering the resin with the stacking element by pressing the liquid state resin by expanding the air bag by injecting the compressing air after connecting the valve with an air hose connecting element(34) connected to a compressor(12), and curing the resin in a curing room after closing the valve and separating the compressor from the molds.
