    • A batch mixer is provided to set the stop position of an immovable weight in changing the receiving capacity of a mixing chamber by a position set device and to accurately control the position of the immovable weight according to the operation of a hydraulic cylinder. The batch mixer(X) is composed of a mixer body; a hopper(11) connected to the mixer body and filled with mixing materials; an immovable weight(6) installed in the hopper; a hydraulic cylinder(15) moving up/down the immovable weight; a position detector continuously detecting the ascending/descending position of the immovable weight; a position setting unit setting the ascending/descending position of the immovable weight; and a position controller controlling the ascending/descending position of the immovable weight on the basis of a position detection signal of the position detector and a set value of the position setting unit. The position controller controls the operation of the hydraulic cylinder to set the ascending/descending position of the immovable weight to the position set value.

    • A silicone mixing and feeding apparatus is provided to control the ejection amount of silicone crude liquids at the exact mixing ratio of 1:1 by keeping contact power between the silicone crude liquid of a storing container and a suction plate and to minimize the defective ratio of molding. A silicone mixing and feeding apparatus(1) is composed of: a casing(10); plural hydraulic suction units(20) installed at the upper end of the casing to generate vacuum pressure by hydraulic pressure; plural lifting units(30) disposed at the lower end of the casing to bring a storing container placed on a fixing plate(32), into contact with a suction plate(22) of the hydraulic suction unit; plural ejection units(40) installed at one side of the casing and provided with ejection pipes(42) jetting and transferring plural silicone liquid; and a mixing unit(50) disposed at the end of the ejection pipe to transfer silicone produced by mixing A and B silicone liquid. The lifting unit comprises a folding rod(34) disposed at the lower end of the fixing plate where the storing container storing silicone liquid is placed, and moves up and down by pneumatic pressure, in order to lift the fixing plate up and down and a pneumatic control panel(36) formed at one side of the folding rod to control the supply of pneumatic pressure exactly.
