    • PURPOSE: To enable effective utilization of resources and to provide a resin molded article which does not require special waste disposal. CONSTITUTION: A mold lubricant is coated on a P mold 2 to form a mold lubricant-treated layer 3. An unsaturated polyester resin is blended with 33% of an FRP-recycled powder as a filler and a curing agent and coated on the surface of the mold lubricant-treated layer 3 to form a gel coat layer 4 (step 2). After the layer 3 is cured, the mixed resin agent is coated again on the surface of the layer 3, and a glass mat 5 is impregnated with a back resin supplied by a resin supplying bucket 6 with a roller 7 to laminate the same (step 3). The surface and back of the P mold 1 are faced and a chop is coated on the facing surface for backing (step 4) while or after the back resin is cured. After the chop is cured, the resin molded article is removed from the P mold and fins are shaven off the facing surface (step 5). The FRP recycled powder is used in the back resin and the chop as a filler.
