    • PURPOSE: A contactless vacuum pad which precisely maintains a nozzle gap is provided to improve the quality of a product by constantly maintaining a gap to spray fluid to a flat transfer object. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) includes a vertical section, a horizontal section, and a nozzle hole(11). The nozzle hole connects the vertical section to the horizontal section and is formed with an arc section. A nozzle(20) is inserted into the nozzle hole of the housing. The outer diameter of the nozzle is smaller than the inner diameter of the nozzle hole. A nozzle tip is separated from the nozzle hole. A gap maintaining unit(30) is installed in the support protrusion of the nozzle hole in the housing and supports the nozzle to maintain the nozzle tip from the nozzle hole with a regular space.

    • PURPOSE: A vacuum griper is provided to perform generation of negative pressure and gripping of a target efficiently and rapidly by preventing air flow from becoming formed. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum griper(100) comprises a body, an air guide and a suction pad unit. The body comprises a supply line, which is connected from the inlet hole of a lower part to an intake hole through a supply path. A ring shape of an air guide makes upper slope or round on the lower part of the end of the supply line. The suction pad unit connects an inner exhaust space to the discharge path of the body through a through hole and the intake hole.
