摘要： PURPOSE: A tool for highly-fine machining a surface is provided to quickly machine the surface, to improve efficiency and cut down manufacturing cost, and to perform an accurate surface fine-machining process. CONSTITUTION: A tool for highly-fine machining a surface of a workpiece includes at least two cutter inserts(5,7) having at least one defined cutting edge(19,27). The cutter inserts are made of different materials at least in the region of the at least one cutting edge. One cutter insert is protruded further than other cutter insert on the peripheral surface of a tool(1) or the cutter inserts are arranged to compensate each other in the longitudinal direction of the tool. The first cutter insert protruded further than the second cutter insert above the peripheral surface of the tool has PCD(Polycrystalline Diamond) in at least one cutting edge for a finish machining. The cutter inserts are fixed to a body(3) by clamping shoes and inserted into grooves(9,11) formed at the body. At least one guide strip(13,23,25) is inserted into the body.
