    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a tension pulley which stably maintains the tension of a belt by pressing and supporting a belt tightly attached between a driving pulley and a slave pulley. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of forming a hollow support pipe and a bush body having an outer diameter on which a fixation groove part in the shape of a ring is formed; preliminarily assembling the bush body and the support pipe by inserting the bush body into the hollow part of the hollow support pipe so as to make the outer diameter of the bush body and an inner wall of the support pipe face each other; and fixing a fixed ring. In the step of fixing a fixed ring, a drawing process is performed by pressing the outer diameter of the hollow support pipe, overlapped with the fixation groove part of the bush body, so as to mold and fix the fixed ring by pressing and inserting the outer diameter into the fixation groove part of the bush body. The fixed ring formed by drawing is fixed on the fixation groove part formed on the support pipe. Therefore, the bush body is fixed on the hollow part of the support pipe.
