    • Suggested in the present invention are a pipe cleaning device and a washing method thereof, which can remove an internal welding damaged part in a pipe through washing by applying a washing solution only into the damaged part, can reduce the consumption of the washing solution and working hours, and can economically increase workability and productivity. In the present invention, a pair of packings separately mounted at the support is pushed into the pipe in order to be placed at both sides of the welding damaged part. Gas or a fluid is injected through an inlet/outlet pipe in order to expand an internal hollow unit of the packing so that the packing can closely adhere to the inner surface of the pipe. The washing solution is supplied to a washing space between the packings through a supply and collecting pipe in order to wash the welding damaged part. After washing the welding damaged part, the supply and collecting pipe can collect the washing solution filled inside the washing space.
