    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nano-wires within a micro fluidic channel, nano-wire manufactured by the same and a micro fluidic device including the same are provided to synthesize and accumulate nano-structures by directly synthesizing inside the micro fluidic channel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nano-wires within a micro fluidic channel comprises the following steps: spilling a precursor solution into the micro fluidic channel in which seed particles of the nano-wire material is spread; applying heat to the micro fluidic channel; and growing the nano-wires inside the micro fluidic channel. The heat apply is processed at specific spots or in whole area of micro fluidic channel. The nano-wire is a metal oxide nano wire. The nano-wire manufacturing device within the micro fluidic channel comprises a heating plate, a lower substrate(210) and an upper substrate(220). The lower plate is included on the heating plate. The upper material is combined at the lower plate and has a channel in which one side is opened in order to form the micro fluidic channel(230).
