An ultrasonic generator generates an ultrasound and provides an ultrasound to a catalyst. A control part controls the rotation speed of the rotation part by controlling the rotation drive part. A poisonous substance discharging part(180) discharges a poisonous substance separated from the catalyst to the outside of the chamber. An acidity measuring part(160) measures the acidity of the generation solution in order to manage the acidity of the catalyst.

    • The present invention relates to a method for preparing a platinum-supported catalyst, which recovers a platinum ion solution of high concentration from a spent catalyst through leaching, absorption, and impurities removing processes, and reduces and supports the same on the surface of carbon black. The platinum-supported catalyst prepared by the present invention can reduce costs for preparing a platinum catalyst because platinum recovered from the spent catalyst is used. Also, the present invention sequentially operates a process of recovering platinum from the spent waste and a process of preparing the platinum catalyst, doesn′t need a process such as reduction or washing which is needed for an existing process of recovering platinum, and a step of storage or moving, and also doesn′t require a process of melting common platinum which is needed for a process of preparing the platinum catalyst, thereby innovatively improving the process efficiency.
