    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 1,3-butadine is provided to obtain 1,3-butadiene with high yield, high selectivity and high butene-conversion ratio by respectively applying two kinds of catalysts which have different reactivity to isomers of n-butene into different reactors with each other. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of 1,3-butadine using a parallel reactor comprises: a step of filling a bismuth molybdate-based catalyst into a first reactor; a step of filling a potassium bismuth molybdate-based catalyst; a step of simultaneously conducting an oxidation dehydrogenation while having 1-buthene-containing low boiling point segments continuously pass through a catalyst layer in the first reactor and conducting an oxidation dehydrogenation while having 2-buthene-containing low boiling point segments continuously pass through a catalyst layer in the second reactor; and a step of separating and purifying 1,3-butadiene and n-butane mixture obtained from the first reactor and second reactor.
    • 目的:提供1,3-丁二烯的制造方法,通过分别将具有与正丁烯异构体的反应性不同的两种催化剂分别加入到具有高收率,高选择性和高丁烯转化率的1,3-丁二烯中 不同的反应器彼此。 构成:使用并联反应器的1,3-丁二烯的制造方法包括:将钼酸铋基催化剂填充到第一反应器中的步骤; 填充钼酸铋钾基催化剂的步骤; 同时进行氧化脱氢同时具有含1-丁烯的低沸点链段连续通过第一反应器中的催化剂层并进行氧化脱氢同时具有连续通过催化剂的2-丁烯的低沸点链段 在第二反应器中; 以及分离和纯化由第一反应器和第二反应器获得的1,3-丁二烯和正丁烷混合物的步骤。
