    • A method for preparing polymer beads with a uniform particle size by suspension polymerization comprises the steps of: spraying a polymer monomer solution including an initiator in a pulse method and spraying a solution including a suspension stabilizer without mixing with the monomers through a plurality of holes towards upstream in the pulse method; floating monomer droplets among the solution in a reaction container using a controlled smooth method under mechanical power which is influenced by different density between the monomer and solution, and differential pressure speed of passenger flow between the pulse monomer solution and a solution supplier without causing fusion, aggregation, and damages of the monomer droplets, and stabilizing by partial polymerization of the droplet using the suspension stabilizer among the solution; polymerizing the monomer droplets among the solution in a high pressure reactor; drying polymer beads; and sieving the polymer beads. An apparatus for preparing polymer beads with a uniform particle size by suspension polymerization successively comprises from the bottom to top of the reaction container: a monomer solution spraying section, a first transparent section, a monomer droplet stabilizing section, a second transparent secton, and a monomer droplet formation reaction container which is perpendicularly located and limits by being adjacent to turbulence suppression and discharge sections.
