摘要： The present invention relates to a brush for a moving screening apparatus, wherein the blades of the brush can be separately replaced when the blades are worn out by separately forming the blades of the brush which removes floating particles caught in the screening structure of the moving screening apparatus. The brush for a moving screening apparatus of the present invention comprises: a driving unit consisting of a driving motor and a rotary axis for transmitting power; and a plurality of brush blades installed on the rotary axis of the driving unit at regular intervals, wherein the brush blade includes a ring-shaped support frame of which the front and rear are perforated, brush hairs radially installed along the ring-shaped support frame with a predetermined length, and a support piece and a finish piece bolted on the support frame to be integrated with the support frame. The brush blades formed as described are installed to be inserted into the rotary axis at regular intervals. Therefore, the brush for a moving screening apparatus of the present invention can improve the efficiency of the operation for removing floating particles by simply separating and replacing only the brush blade, which is worn out or no longer of any use due to the floating particles caught therein, to reduce the replacement costs and enable the smooth operation of the brush.

摘要： Filtration process and filters for use with materials such as, but no limited to, polymeric melts, utilizing a band (18) of a filter medium sealed in a housing (10) by sealing rollers (24, 26) to seal the polymeric material from leaking to the outside of the housing. In one embodiment, the sealing rollers make it possible to advance the filter medium through the housing continuously. In various embodiments, the filter medium can be advanced either by a take-up spool (32) or by driving the sealing rollers and the rate of movement of the filter medium through the housing can be controlled to maintain a constant pressure drop across the filter. Maintaining constant conditions through continuous advancement of the filter medium during filtration yields higher product quality and dimensional stability.
