Filtering layers filled with filtering media, porous plates(19), and filtering baths are arranged on the bottom of the filtering basins. A porous plate includes a frame(31), a coarse net(33), and a fine net(35). A through-hole(32) is arranged in the front side of the coarse net. The fine net forms a hexagonal frame on the external side of the frame and the coarse net.
