CONSTITUTION: In the method for generating power with cycle equipment, energy generated when a user steps on pedals rotates a gear plate(6). The energy is transferred through a chain(4) to drive an electric generator(4) and thereby producing power. A control circuit is provided as a stabilization circuit network for converting the produced power to a stable power. A voltage from an electric generator of the stabilization circuit network is stepped-up through a transformer. The stepped-up voltage is rectified by a rectifier circuit and then charged to batteries through relays. The charged power is converted through a DC-AC converter to generate 100V or 220V power.
