    • PURPOSE: A self-fluorescent polymeric nanocomposite, a contrast composition containing the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize particle instability and toxicity in vivo. CONSTITUTION: A self-fluorescent polymeric nanocomposite has a self-fluorescent property by crosslinking of a polymeric nanocomposite with a crosslinking agent containing an aldehyde group. The polymeric nanocomposite is prepared by ion bonding of a cationic polymer and an anionic polymer. The anionic polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyglutamic acid, polyacrylic acid, alginate, carrageenan, hyaluronic acid, poly[styrene sulfonate, carboxymethylcellulose, cellulose sulfate, dextran sulfate, heparin], heparin sulfate, poly[methylene-co-guanidine], condroitin sulfate, and a mixture thereof.
    • 目的:提供自体荧光聚合物纳米复合物,含有它的对比剂组合物及其制备方法,以使体内的颗粒不稳定性和毒性最小化。 构成:自发荧光聚合物纳米复合材料通过将聚合物纳米复合物与含有醛基的交联剂交联而具有自发荧光性质。 通过阳离子聚合物和阴离子聚合物的离子键合制备聚合物纳米复合材料。 阴离子聚合物选自聚谷氨酸,聚丙烯酸,藻酸盐,角叉菜胶,透明质酸,聚[苯乙烯磺酸盐,羧甲基纤维素,硫酸纤维素,硫酸葡聚糖,肝素],硫酸肝素,聚[亚甲基 - 共 - 胍] ,硫酸孕素及其混合物。
