摘要： PURPOSE: A surgical instrument for exposing a tumor is provided to remove the tumor in a skin by heating the skin to expose the tumor without a skin incision. CONSTITUTION: A heating unit(10) transmits heat to a skin with a tumor. A cooling unit(20) is formed on the outside of the heating unit and cools the outside of the skin. The heating unit is comprised of a container(11), oil(12), and a wick(13). The container is made of ceramic materials which is hollow. The cooling unit is made of metal. The heating unit is combined with the cooling unit and is closely adhered to the skin with the tumor.

摘要： PURPOSE: A bio fomenting pack is provided to be mixed with 90wt% or greater of vegetable oil, 5wt% or less of charcoal powder, and 5wt% of salt to form a jelly; to be manufactured by being packaged with a soft material such as PVC; and to have an excellent heat storage and radiation function. CONSTITUTION: A bio fomenting pack is manufactured as follows. Environment-friendly vegetable oil(3), charcoal powder(2), and natural salt(4) are mixed to form a mixture. The mixture is heated for 10 minutes at 150°C or more in order to remove moisture. The mixture is naturally cured at atmosphere temperature to be manufactured into a jelly form. 90wt% or greater of vegetable oil, 5wt% or less of charcoal powder, and 5wt% of salt are mixed into a jelly form to prevent oxidation of vegetable oil, and packaged with a soft material such as PVC. The bio fomenting pack has an excellent heat storage and radiation function, since 90wt% or greater of the vegetable oil is used as a main material.

CONSTITUTION: A spiral shape elastomer tube fomenting pack includes a soft spiral shape elastomer tube(2) and an environment-friendly heat storage material(3). The spiral shape elastomer tube is coated with natural fiber or synthetic fiber coat(7). The heat storage material is inserted into the spiral shape elastomer tube, and composed of 50wt% or greater of vegetable oil and 50wt% or less of salt. The end part(5) of one side and the end part(6) of the other side of the spiral shape elastomer tube are sealed by heat plate bonding in order to prevent the environment-friendly heat storage material from escaping into the air. The end part of one side of the other side of the spiral shape elastomer tube is provided with a heat storage material escape prevention film(4).
